Why some details are more expensive than others :

Have you ever wondered why a price sometime skyrockets when you were only asking for a small design change of your commission ? Here is an example. A basic lightblue foxtail with standard fur would have cost €60,-. Airbrushing the tip down to a darker blue added €15,- for the extra work.
Now there was the idea of having a very thin contrasting orange zig-zag line between those colors...
Since you cannot just airbrush a bright, complementary color on the blue surface with a decent result, it had to be sewn in.
And because the line is VERY thin, it had to be done by hand, not with the machine.
Result: Four extra hours of work, and a doubled price tag.
